Refunds and Returns

If a piece is not quite what you were expecting, we issue a full refund if sent back to us within 10 business days from receipt of order, or store credit if sent back within 25 business days of receipt of order. If a return is necessary please contact emblersjewelers@gmail.com with the subject line: ATTN: Online Return. 

Please note: each piece is documented with photos before being sent out. If a piece is returned damaged in any way, a refund may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to accommodate you.
